Anyone hearing any updates from Perp Press (Arsenal, Factory)?

Site seems inactive for the past few months, and I got no reply from e-mail.

I hope everything's okay.. Last I heard, he was working on a vehicle book, I think... Factory and Arsenal are wonderful books. I definitely want to see more (and 3.5 updates to those books).
