Hey everyone
I'm going to end up playing the cleric and only healer in a six man melee-centric group in a combat heavy game and am worried about my ability to keep everyone on their feet.
I wanted info on using divine metamagic: persistent (CA) with Mass Vigor (CD).
The feat says that the spell has to have a fixed or personal range. Now obviously, mass vigor isn't personal, but it does have a fixed range of 20' which would appear to meet the requirements for the feat.
Does anyone see something I'm missing? As it stands, I'm worred that without this I'll basically never cast anything but a healing spell, hell, even one of my domains is healing, so I'll end up with heals there too.
Being a cleric in a big melee group is tough and sometimes boring. I need to lighten the load so that I can maybe cast a dispel magic or bless every once in awhile.
