1) Players that have 'War & Peace' sized backgrounds at first level and/or backgrounds that includes extensive interactions with demons, devils, dragons, kings, queens, etc.
2) male gamers that think they can roleplay a woman
3) DMs that don't adapt to their players - some players are 'higher maintainence' than others, so you cannot treat everybody the same.
