Considering other prospects to climbing the ladder, Eleria goes to the window on the northern wall (G5) to see if she can see what is above them and if it opens to provide any access outside. Also, if the outside of the building is scalable.

Eleria checks the window to find that it, like all the others so far, is too narrow to enter or exit through. The window doesn't open, which accounts for the stuffiness of the house. From what she is able to see and from what she remembers, the house would not be easily scalable. Possible...but not easy.

Xir inspects the ladder from the inside and sees that it ends in a trap door. He is sure that it must access the roof itself, barring strange magics, because the house from outside was only 2 floors tall. When he was on the roof he saw no access to a ladder though, so the trapdoor must be well concealed on the roof.

Elthic will climb up the ladder, and check the trapdoor for traps/locks, etc...

He'll then push people out of the way, and give it a quick look, to verify that it opens up onto the roof.

Climbing up the ladder with little difficulty, the dwarf checks around for any sign of traps or any locks. His search turns up nothing beyond a simple turning latch which extends or retracts a set of metal bars which would hold the trapdoor firmly in place. With a quick wrench of the handle, the bars easily retract and Elthic is able to crack the seal a small bit. Daylight streams through the crack, lighting up the top of the shaft the ladder is in. Indeed, the trapdoor does exit onto the roof.

OOC: I guess that leaves the two doors at F5 and H5, then.

Elthic slides down the ladder, and chuckles at Xir. "Looks like you missed an easier way on your little run up the roof there, lad."

He pushes Eleria out of the way gently, and, completely focused, makes his way past the spectral dog and frozen wizard, and heads to the two doors. He'll check both for traps, and see if any are locked.
