PHB II - Knight Class Ability as a feat

I'd like to write up the "Bulwark of Defense" ability that a third level Knight character receives as a feat. What type of pre-reqs should it have?

I'd say level 6 and Combat reflexes as prerequ.

How about using Stand Still as a pre-req? Seems in theme.
