PHB2: Elusive Attack and Two-Weapon Fighting

The Level 6 Fighter Substitution "Elusive Attack" states "as a full round action, make one attack at you highest base attack bonus. Until the start of your next turn, you gain a +2 dodge bonus to AC."

However, I'm unsure if that would take the extra attack from Two-Weapon fighting into account. If it does, and you get the extra attack (or more, if you continue up the feat tree), it would seem a little - well, not broken, but perhaps a little bent. If not, it would pretty much render the whole idea of two-weapon fighting moot.

What do youse guys think?

No, to get the extra attack from TWF (or any extra attacks from anything) you need to take the full attack action. Elusive attack requires its own full round action, and you can't take two FRAs in the same turn.

True dat. Never thought of that. It's just that I've been mentally creating a two weapon character, and I just read that PHB2 excerpt and thought to myself, "how's that supposed to help me?" I guess I was just in my own little bubble and wasn't thinking.
