Melee touch is defined in the PHB.

Melee touch:
A melee power that has a range of “touch” can be used on any target you can reach. (Some creatures larger than Medium size have a reach of more than 1 square.)

Thanks for looking that up for me, Walter :) I don't have my books with me right now.

Melee touch doesn't mean no armor... what it's refering to is every attack has range.

Melee touch is within your reach
Melee weapon is within the reach of your weapon
Melee beast is within the reach of your companion
Melee spirit is within the reach of your shaman's spirit.

So melee touch is basically telling you that you can make this attack without having to weild a weapon.

It's not just fly your speed before the attack. You can make the attack any time during your flight. It's much like the Shadowhunter Bat's fly by attack. So it's quite a bit different than Deft Strike.

Doesn't matter. Then the Special line (Not Effect line. I got those mixed up.) should have been written accordingly.

And a character who entered the Druid class with possible multi-class feats from future books (other than PHB2) wouldn't be able to become Sky Hunter's in the first place. Because the Wild Shape power is a prerequisite for the whole Paragon Path.

The only logical reason would be the possiblity to acquire a single power from a Paragon Path without taking the path. But that is not going to happen, as Paragon Path powers are balanced as a package. (There are Paths, for example, that offer their Utility at level 20.)

Actually the druid multiclass feat gives wild shape at will.

Isnt there an Epic Destiny that allows you to select powers or features (cant remember exactly which and its so late in the night to be searching through my books) from any power you could select? if so wouldnt then the Powers of All PP's for which you qualify be available to you then? that would explain the need for such limitations

Hmm Seeker of Many Paths from the Eternal Seeker is the feature in question. It says any class power. Does that include paragon classes?
