D&D General Pick a Theme

I ran a game in the Plane of Water once. Exploration was immediately three dimensional, currents replaced roads, there were shark dogfights, underwater sailing ships, floating cities, random mile-long peaceful whales, massive kelp and coral forests, super trenches, etc.
my statement is strictly meant to be applicable only to travel on water.

Anything other than that specific scenario is completely outside the scope of my intent. Sorry for confusion.

Case in point ive also done a campaign that was mostly underwater. They are in fact actually very cool. But im strictly talking about travel over (as in on the surface of it) water being less interesting travel as a general case.
