I took advantage of the GM's Day Sale at DriveThruRPG and downloaded Counter Collection 4th Edition Heroic 1 from Fiery Dragon. I'm super pleased with them. Check out the link to my blog in my sig for some pics.

I can't reccomend enough Counter Collection Digital...

It's Mega-Awesome if you will.

I usually while writing and encounter for my adventure, just cut/paste the pictures into the same word document. That way when I print the adventure I also print al the monsters for said adventure.

Not sure I understand. The counters are delivered as a PDF. The pages are divided up according to the level of the creature. You just print out what pages you need. I used spray adhesive to affix mine to cardboard and cut them out with a razor knife. Worked out pretty well.

Fiery Dragon has made available PDF templates that you can fill with the images from Counter Collection Digital. Look for them in the CCDigital 3.0 page at drivetrhurpg.com .

That being said, the OP is talking about Counter Collection 4e Heroic 1, which comes as a ready-to-print PDF, with the pages divided by creature level.
