Very nice. I've seen the Megablocks sets, and might have to pick a few up soon. I've been resisting, since I'm somewhat of a Lego snob.

the problem with original Lego is of course that the original Lego castle is... Yellow.

And that's a problem... why?

It is a problem because it is... yellow. Yellow just doesn't work as a standard dungeon or castle setting for most players when building lego miniature terrain.

But these are classic Lego sets. Not miniature building sets. If you want to build Lego terrain, use the grey bricks from later castles. The yellow castles should be assembled and looked upon with pride, as the pinnacle of Lego castle development. Everything else is inferior to the true Lego castle.

Castle is not yellow , it's "gold" . There you go...

Where is the tree from? Is that from the same Lego set as well? It looks just the right size to use the the Gulthias Tree in Sunless Citadel.

Its an ImagineNext tree from the Forrest playset. ImagineNext stuff is pretty cool, got a bunch for my 5 yr old boy.
