Am I the only one disappointed to see that they didn't get Keith Richards to play Sparrow's father? Stellan Skarsgaard is fine, but I was really hoping they were gonna get Keith.

Different tastes, I guess. I didn't want Keith Richards to be in it because I thought he'd be a good actor. I wanted him to be in it because he's Keith Richards.Flyspeck23 said:Has Keith Richards ever performed as an actor? Because, frankly, I don't think he'd be good at it.
Are you referring to the Whateley children, one of whom was an albino? That one was a child of Yog-Sothoth, not Cthulhu.Flyspeck23 said:No. He's not an albino.![]()

The Grumpy Celt said:So Davy Jones – no relation to the guy in the Monkey’s – is after Jack for some deal Jack made. I wonder if this has to do with the Black Pearl. That would explain why is was surrounded by fog, moved so fast and did not sink when it was apparently leaking badly. It was a magic ship Jack got via a deal with Davy Jones.
