OK, I'm looking at reception halls for upcoming nuptials (you have to book these things a year in advance) and it suddenly struck me ... these would be great places for a D&D world:

Chrysalis Vineyards
Longbarn of Day Spring
Goodstone Inn and Estate
Barns at Wolf Trap
Canterbury Cottage on Pendragondale
Cabell's Mill
Woodlawn Plantation
Sewell-Belmont House

... or maybe I've just gone braindead.

These are great BG. Reminds me that I keep seeing all of these subdivisions in the area, rather nice neighborhoods. And they have names like Bard's Crossing, Fairfield Park, Stone Terrace. All of them sound like quaint little historical villages, which I guess is the point. I need to take a small notepad around with me

If you have any more... please...

OK....

Black Horse Inn
Raspberry Plain
York Hill
Inn at Vaucluse Spring
Inn at Narrow Passage
Oasis Winery

... most of the rest are a little modern sounding though. Unless you think "Torpedo Factory Art Center" is a good name for an elven castle or something. ;)
