Planar Epic Destinies not up?

Very cool article! It had more usable stuff than I anticipated... seems like these can easily be dropped into any campaign. Seems like Storm Sovereign has my swordmage written all over it...

Also, thanks to wotc for explaining the reason. It makes sense that stuff like this happens, and it's always nice to hear the explanation. :-)

Ok, so im subscribing to Insider this weekend (probably going for the year sub), but I really dont wanna wait 4 days to read all this awesomeness, so could someone give a couple of highlights here? Planeshaper and Punisher of the Gods sounds effin awesome.

Well when planeshaper hits level 30 he gains an aura 10 that lets him reshape the terrain around him. Seriously. He can make terrain difficult or make difficult terrain normal, he can cover pits or create land where there is none, and he can increase or decrease the temperature (15 cold or fire damage). This guy owns the battlefield. The Punisher of the Gods has a quarry like ability he can use once per encounter. When he hits lvl 30 all dmg he does to that quarry is maximized. Power Creep.

Ditto. It's actually pretty funny, I just started playing a character Friday who I decided it going to try and make his own demiplane... And then this article comes out. Perfect!

It's been my character goal since the genisis power in the psionics handbook for 3e.... I'm still waiting for psionics so I can make the character who's going to go into the planeshaper epic destiny if you want the whole truth.

it's Lvl30

does anyone really care about power creep at level 30?

Well you have a point there;) Just dissapointing considering the rest are not half as cool at lvl 30. If all EDs were like that at lvl 30 maybe people could kill Tiamat and Orcus without exploiting every trick in the orb wizard's book.

What I do like about the new EDs is that many have +2 on one ability at level 21, which is a great incentive, since most min/maxers feel that Demigod is the only choice.

  Dude that sounds awesome. Power creep? Perhaps. Bad as hell? No doubt! Planeshaper sounds particularly amazing.

Oh, and speaking of hell, what's up with the Prince of Hell?

Well it is a nice concept. You become an archdevil. Not necessary one that rules a layer but certainly with a domain of your own. The concept is, for one reason or another you are damned to go to hell when you die so why not make the best of it.
