First Post
I would like to make a campaign starting on the material plane and move to the plane... I love Planescape but as from now nothing much is done for the third edition ... so I would like to know if any work from publisher out there is worth my money and what their plane looks like... can it be easy added to any world... etc...

Thanks

Uh, at the risk of sounding stupid... You do have Wizards of the Coast's Manual of the Planes, right?

If so, you should have everything that you need for a planar campaign.

If you're planning on visiting the Abyss or Baator, you might check out Green Ronin's Book of Fiends series. Volume 1: Legions of Hell details the devils of Baator, while Volume 2: Armies of the Abyss describes the demons of the Abyss.

In those books, you can also find information on the structure, rulers, and creatures of those planes, as well as prestige classes and new types of magic.

Rogue has a point here...

Deities and Demigods also has information on the Greyhawk cosmology, but some of it is reprinted from the Manual of the Planes. It might be useful if you plan on letting your players interact with deities in their own planar realms, though.

Well, the old Planescape stuff on Sigil doesn't need to be revised to 3E, because it was pretty rules-light. Most of it is available as ESDs now...

Where I oculd get that info?
You first read where I say they're available as ESDs, then you get out your handy dandy credit card and let your fingers do the walking to Wizards' online store where you pay five bucks and download the PDF versions of the books...

I'm just going to agree with what everyone else has already said. The Manual of the Planes has pretty much everything you need: indeed, between it and the core rules you have about 90% of the rules from the 2e Planescape boxed set. Then, you can head on over to Wizards.com and buy a few ESDs. They're $5 each, so you can pick up 3 or 4 just for the setting info. I'd recommed the boxed setting, which is great, as well as possibly the book just about the city of Sigil, called "Inside the Cage" or something similar (you may have to convert the stats, but it's got a bunch of great info on locations in Sigil). Almost all the setting info needs no adjustment to 3e, and that leaves you only having to port over characters and a few monsters, which is easy enough.

Good luck!
