That's why I couldn't find it. I hadn't heard of it before the thread. Thank you. I'm in the early stages of prepping a 5E Planejammer game and started gathering up the resources from the thread.

What you describe is just the regular 4e World Axis cosmology. Lots of sourcebooks available for that edition. Shouldn't be hard to use those with 5e.
