Planescape End of Game Present (Image)

Just wanted to share the image that Joe Minns (His Site). This was a present for my planescape group. I run a game for 3 years and last Saturday was the last game. I gave them a nicely printed copy of this image. What do you guys think? I could post the sketch if people want to see it.

I think it's a really cool picture, of course, I was one of the players.

Mine was the Elven woman with the harp on her back.

Gifts for the players good. Of course, the gift for the DM is he now gets to be a player.

Sorry I forgot to say who is who.

The Guy with the Wings is "Big A". He's an Aasimar, LN holy champ of Droit, the god of law.

Just below his is Leandrin our dragon disiple and our classic neutral pc.

Next to her is Ao's Priest/Bard/Disciple of Sune, Priss. And she was prissy.

Next to her is my gf's charactor. Maeve, a druid of Mielikki. She had all kinds of animal compainions and a big grove. She has the most background information out of the group.

In front is Ford Perfect our resident swashbuckling(tho he never did), plot hooking, memory losing, stingy, drunk, employer npc.

It was a fun 3 years.

Yeah, Ford, the stingy, lazy bastard. Stayed out of fights and didn't pay us for the first 2 1/2 years. He was much more free with his money after he drank that Lethe water. ^_^

Well.. now Priss can retire to the High Temple of Sune on Arboria and relax in luxury.

That's an amazing piece. Beautiful palette, great composition, good proprtions and anatomy. All around first class work.

I'm curious as to the media used, it has a strong painterly aquarelle feel to it.

edit: Just actually READ the first post properly. Removed a comment, but the rest still holds.

I beleave Joe said he did it on paper with pencil and then scanned it in inked and colored in Photoshop.

Thanks Tanager! Yes its a 4B pencil on white paper, scanned and then coloured in Photoshop 6.
