I doubt the "setting" is coming, but I wouldn't be surprised to see some sort of "adventurer's guide" that go into detail of the outer and inner planes, as well as Sigil.

No doubt to be called "Manual of the Planes", as it has for every edition bar 2nd (which had Planescape instead).
