I am currently creating a sets of Planetouched based off specific ancestry (Succubus,Erinyes,etc.) and I have stopped on the genasi due to the para-elemental and quasi-elemental planes. I remember an article in Dragon that went over some of the Para-elemental plane (seemed to confuse a couple of the Quasi planes for Para if my memory serves) Genasi (Para-Genasi) and was wondering if ...

1. Anyone remembers that article?

2. If anyone has anyother sources that mention Para-Genasi and Quasi-Genasi?

Perhaps you are thinking of Dragon Magazine issue 297 pg 62 which has Dust, Ice, Magma, Ooze, Smoke, and Steam para-genasi in addition to the law/chaos planetouched.
