Is there any info about plans for Eberron in 4th edition?
It's coming in 2009.

From what we previously saw of the WotC 2008 catalog, I'd bet the visual guide, or whatever it's called, will be about all Eberron gets until then.

James Wyatt's GenCon Blog has this entry at the bottom of post #4:

Which reminds me, I should get writing. Oh, hey. Curious about where Eberron is going for Fourth Edition? Read my trilogy. Storm Dragon only starts to hint at it—heck, it features a duskblade and a swordsage! But Dragon Forge is where the 4E goodness starts coming out in earnest.

This thread includes a couple of posts by WotC staff, mostly correcting misapprehensions that the setting was about to lose a race and dragonmark.

Mostly, the gist seems to be "no major changes, expect a setting update in 2009, there will likely be some form of online content updating key elements before then".

Don't they usually advance setting storylines when they do an edition shift?
Not in this case, it seems.

We don't have plans to make dramatic changes to Eberron with the new edition—don't look for a Time of Troubles-scale shakeup. As several folks have pointed out, it's still a young world and we like it right where it is, just out of the Last War.

Duskblades and swordsages in Eberron in 4E? Hmmm?

That's what I thought at first. Re-reading it I get:

The first book just hints at 4E (we still have a duskblade and swordsage - so you know it's still 3.5) but later books will be 4E rich.
