Plans for Eberron in 4th?

and this is why I will buy DMG / PHB and possibly MM 4.0. Strictly for any conversion needs for future Eberron material.

I've said what I want for Eberron at the 4E launch:

Rules for Eberron races. Changelings have a good chance of being in the PHB, but warforged and shifters are a must. Kalashtar might wait for the 4E psionics book. Gnomes/half-orcs might need to be done as well.

The artificer class.

Adaptions for any Eberron key rules that don't work in 4E. If action points and dragonmarks won't work in 4E like they do in 3.5, we need to have notes for conversion.

Other than that, no rush.

I'd bet good money the other races will show up in the MM. The artificer will probably get a conversion on DNDInsider, then a final version in the new Eberron core book, along with dragonmarks.

I'm hoping action points make it into the PHB directly, or else as an optional rule in the DMG.

They key word here is " dramatic " . They are denying a " dramatic " change, which means they are implying a change that is not " dramatic " .

Especially once you consider that the definition they use for " dramatic " is the Time of Troubles. All depends on your definition of the term.
