What were the stats of the katana in the playtest?


I read some mention of it on a Facebook group, but I never got an answer about what the stats on the blade were.

I don't think it was ever in the playtest, except maybe in a list of weapon equivalences or something (probably bastard sword before the longsword killed it and took its stuff).

I remember it as being a two handed with finesse and dealing 1d8 damage.

In the December 17th, 2012 playtest packet update... the katana was:

35 GP / 1d10 slashing / 3 lbs. / Finesse, two-handed
