And it's Werner HAGER. ; )

I guess we don't constitute Scarred Lands Lore yet.

I'm glad you liked. My contribution was in the last parts of the book. Probably around half the feats, 8 Prestige Classes, Totem Feats, Magic Items and exotic materials.

My apologies to Will and Werner for the mispellings of their last names. (I thought I was spelling them right...got them out of the book)

Will,

Love the fighter sections and especially the merc parts. Very well done. I will admit, I liked the non-broadreach weapons and armor.

Werner, favorites so far have to be Ragewitch, Merc of the Hawk, White Fur for Pr-classes. I'm sure I'll change my mind as the day goes on. The new metals, I liked a lot. Very nicely done. The new magic weapon qualities/enchantments were also well done. May yet try to use pertrification. ;) I LOVE the Totem feats. Just think there could have been a few more elemental based ones. (But I'll fix that myself.)

So thanks guys, great job. I can't wait for the rest. :)

There's a lot of room for different types of Totem Feats and only so much space in the book. So my thinking was to do 12, 4 for mundane animals, 4 for scarred lands specific animals, and 4 for more abstract concepts. And I threw in a sidebar to give advice on making their own.

And from what I hear, there will be more Totem Feats in future books.

BTW have you gotten your Author's copies yet? Still waiting on mine.

For those waiting for author's copies, just to note, I believe mine for Relics and Rituals II took somewhere around two months, after the book was released. Admittedly, there were more authors for it to reach, I'd wager, but just letting you know - be patient.

Werner, thanks for that input and no I have not...but I imagine it will be a while as Trickster indicated. (Course I'm not expecting a huge delay for PG: Rangers and Rogues. I believe there were only four-six of us...)

Nightfall,
I am glad you liked the Prestige classes. Since everyone is mentioning their contributions, I did the Mercenary of The Hawk, Knight of The Coventacle, Knight of the Oak and the Whitefur. I also did a couple of feats.

well, *my* copy of the book has them spelt correctly :-)

I just got it on Friday, and I've read through the feats.

I did have a question though. None of the feats require the player to select a weapon. The feat "Exact Blow" requires Weapon Focus, Weapon Specialization and Improved Critical, all of which require a selected weapon.

Should "Exact Blow" require the selection of a weapon? Perhaps some others should too.

I haven't gotten my copy yet (which should hopefully come before 4.0e ;) ) but I would rule that if a feat requires another feat that specifies a specific weapon, that original feat can be used only with that weapon. If Exact Blow requires WF(XX) and WS(XX) the it would be Exact Blow (XX) (XX being whatever weapon we are talking about).

Just my thoughts.

Werner
