Well as a PLAYER I usually am cleaning up my character sheets... but one thing that really takes a long time is:
READING SPELLS ... whenever my Mage or Cleric Characters levels up or is about to level up I have to read a lot of spells... first in order to choose new spells (mages) or to use better.
Non spellcasters READING FEATS... same thing... choosing what looks like my character...
Once in a while a Character Idea comes along and I can spend some hours writing down some background or making notes rping and mainly making up a character sheet.
