Wizard gets 1/2 their level in MM tokens, Sorcerer gets their level in MM tokens. Tokens may be spent to enhance a spell with any MM feat on the fly. The level increase costs an equal amount of MM tokens. Thus a 10th level Wizard may Still any five spells per day, while a Sorcerer may Still and Silent, or Empower, an equal number.
Every MM feat you take grants you +1 MM token.
(As I post this, I must say that I believe that Sorcerers should get bonus feats like a Wizard, drawn from MM or the various heritage feat trees in 3.5).
