[Playtest 2] Vulnerabilities and Resistances

My question is how much it will be sued. 4E made a system for resistances and vulnerabilities but it basically only applied to PCs, who could get resistances.

Are you suggesting monsters will be filing a class action suit against the WotC designers?

As long as WotC also adds immunities its fine.
