Please Critique: Touch of the Grave

Touch of the Grave [General]
You have innate abilities similar to the effects of some undead.
Prerequisite: Necropolis Born, Spellcraft 6 ranks
Benefit: An innate talent for magic grants you the following spell-like abilities as a spellcaster equal to 1/2 your HD: 2/day - cause fear, ghost sound, 1/day - ray of enfeeblement, scare, touch of fatigue
Special: The spell-like abvilities granted from this feat replace and do not stack with those gained from Necropolis Born.

------------
What do you think? Should I rename it? I've been contemplating calling it Grave Touched.

It's more powerful then Necropolis Born from Complete Arcane, and seems to have the same flavor to it

Agreed. And Necropolis Born has an additional pre-requisite of "Must take at first level". Perhaps adding Necropolis Born as a pre-requisite to this feat?

Require the Person to be an evil (paladin?) or Cleric using one of their abilities as a requirement.
I don't want to limit this feat to specific classes, but just in case it does need further balancing I added Spellcraft 6 ranks to the prerequisites.

First level caster is kinda lame. Let it be 1/2 HD (or more) or it's pretty much useless.

Even at 1/2 HD, it's a weak Feat. There are so many critters out there with SR these days.

You've also got a few there with a save -- what is it, 10 + 1/2 HD + Cha? (That's the typical save for critter powers...)

Otherwise, I like it. Spiffy. Maybe a couple of other Feats for those who are more [Evil] or less [Evil]? Candidates for inclusion:

1/ Chill Touch (1st level Necromancy)
2/ Vampiric Drain (sure it's 3rd level, but we all remember how fun it was in Baldur's Gate II, right?)
3/ (Su) Negative Energy effect equal to Shocking Grasp (1d6/2 levels, max 5d6, touch attack)
4/ Some Warlock ability? Maybe Fear Fist usable once per day per HD (like a Monk's Stunning Fist)?
5/ Once per day gain healing from negative energy instead of taking damage -- very useful for [Evil] party. :)
6/ Hide from Undead. In the theme of kinda being undead.

Cheers, -- N

Gaining such abilities at level 1 just seems OVERPOWERED in ANY way too me.
Even thought such feats already exist, some are more overpowered than the others.. I wouldn't ever allow one of such featin my game before the players reach level 5 or 10...

It does have a prereqof Spellcraft 6 ranks, so the earliest it could be taken is 3rd level.
