Please Help me Create a "Frost Giant Jarl" treasure

Hello Everybody!!

I'm running a heavily modified version of Against the Giants and if all goes well tonight my players will be facing the Frost Giant Jarl along with several other Giant friends of him (a couple of Sorcerers, a Cleric, some Barbarians and Polar Bears). I expect it to be a very very tough challenge and I wanted to make a treasure accordingly, all that while making the treasure "reliable".
So... besides money and gems (although not many of these ones) I don't know what a Frost Giant would keep as a treasure (I expect it to be important since he rules over 50 Giants or so, and a couple of White Dragons).
So... any thoughts, help, ideas?

(I don't want it to be tailored for my group and I tend to do that while I'm designing treasure, and I hate to roll for it since it almost never gets.. "reliable" if that's the right word for it)

Thanks in advance! =)

Make sure there are lots of weapons that do cold damage

Are you looking just for stuff that's numerically in the right range, or creative stuff that's not right out of the book?

Something like a cloak made from the wing membrane of a white dragon (Permanent 'Endure Elements (Cold Only)' + Gust of Wind 3x/day)?

Well I almost never look at the cost limit and I knew I was forgetting something when writing the post. There'll be 150~200 k in Gold Pieces and Gems so I expect approx. the same amount in Magical Treasure and/or Art(although I know it seems quite high my campaign is a high-magic high-money one and he's the ruler of a hundred or less high leveled giants!).
And answering to Rodrigo I prefer stuff not right out of the book but if it is in the book and it should be in a Frost Giant treasure (maybe there are items there that scream Frost Giant! out loud...) it would be great too.
And I read the Frost Giants wielding frost weapons thread a couple of times, some of my giants will be wielding frost weapons...and Jarl... well it's a nasty surprise ;)

How's this?

  • incredibly beautiful MW ice sculpture, soaring up over a large ice cavern. Dead human bodies are frozen into it, horrible but part of the stark and multi-colored beauty.
  • Sculpture made from the ice-fused armor, weapons and helms of enemies.
  • Huge chunk of translucent crystal, weighing at least 500 lbs. This is the equivalent of a crystal ball.
  • Long tapestry woven from hair, depicting the triumph of the giantish gods over Corellon Larenthian
  • A long flute crafted from never-melting ice. Playing it allows a person to change the temperature up or down by 50 degrees in a 50' r., and the person carrying it is constantly under the effect of an endure elements.
  • Collar of command. Any animal wearing this collar and long (20') leash is under the effects of a dominate spell by the person holding the end of the leash. It is currently on a recalcitrant and stubborn cave bear. It will not work on anything other than large animals.
  • The Floating Platform of Eldge. This belt buckle takes up the belt slot, and creates a permanent 10' diameter Tenser's Floating Platform that follows the belt-wearer around unerringly. It can be brought into existence or dismissed as a move equivalent action, and can easily hold 4 people in comfort.
  • Iceblight: this +2 flaming burst two-handed sword is a large weapon that can be wielded for all intents and purposes as a medium weapon, similar to how the sunsword works. Thus, it can be used in one hand by a medium creature or two hands by a small creature.
  • Slippery breath. This fragile glass flask is meant to be thrown. When it breaks, it produces a puff of steam that turns all snow and ice and stone in a 20' r. of impact astonishingly slippery, as per the grease spell.

* A large animal horn, hollowed, and a pouch of crystalized winter-wolf breath. When some of the crystals are poured into the horn, and the horn sounded, all creatures within a 40' cone are affected as if by a 'Glitterdust' spell, except that the motes are silver instead of gold. There is enough powdered crystal for 5 uses.

* Spineshiver, a huge axe (treat as a great axe for a medium sized person) carved from a block of ice, encasing a nascent water elemental that ventured too far north. It is a +3 weapon, +5 vs. creatures with the 'fire' sub-type. Additionally, the wielder is considered under the effects of 'Resist Energy (fire)'. Anytime the weapon must make a saving throw to avoid damage by a fire-based attack, it does so at -5.

Thanks a lot for the help guys
Great Ideas and my players (or the Jarl whoever survives the fight ;)) will greatly appreciate your efforts and ideas. (and I hadn't seen that dragon wing cloak while I was answering, guess it took me too long to write :$)

Thanks again =)

mammoth ivory, polar bear skins, winter wolf skins, raw gold nuggets washed up out of rivers (I'm thinking Alaska here)... although getting some of this bulky stuff home to sell could be a hassle....

A 10' x 4' x 4' tropical glassteel aquarium on a sculpted green marble stand, full of rare fish. It magically replenishes the water everyday. Useful for a supply of warm water.

Two of the fish are extremely rare coming from an alternate plane, and worth a small fortune to a collector.
