+2 to Spellcraft and Concentration = 100 + 100 (400 + 400 [3.5]) (x2)
+1 Resistance bonus to All saves = 1,000
+1 Dodge bonus to AC = Can't have it! See the DMG (EDIT: unless in 3.5, in which case it's ok = 2,500).

1,400gp (3.0), 6,100 (3.5)

Ok, I will break this down for you.

Amulet of the Warrior:
+1 enhancement bonus to Strength (1000 gp)
+1 resistance bonus to Fortitude saves (1000 gp)
+1 delfection bonus to AC (2000 gp, being the most expensive part, this is doubled to 4000 gp.)
Market Price: 6000 gp

Cape of Hedge Mage
+2 to Spellcraft and Concentration (400 gp each, total 800 gp)
+1 resistance bonus to saves (1000 gp)
+1 dodge bonus to AC (2500 gp, again highest, 5000 gp)
Market Price: 6800 gp

I don't have my DMG right here at the moment so I may have gotten something wrong, but that should be about right.

1000gp gets you +1 to three saves. He just wants +1 to a single save, so it should be somewhat cheaper.

Actually, I believe you double the next most costly ability. The first ability on the item is at normal price. The next ability is the one that gets doubled.

Same as the previous answer, except that magic items cannot grant Dodge bonus (in 3.0, but can in 3.5).

Actually, let me rephrase...magic items don't grant Dodge bonuses in 3.0, but they can in 3.5. I'll go include the price for the second item for 3.5.

You should double all but the most costly ability. A slotted item granting a +6 enhancement bonus to all abilities would cost 180,000 gp, not 144,000 gp.

That's what I said. Double the next most costly ability. If you have fifteen abilities, then you have fourteen "next most costly abilities".
