Please price this mag item

I was thinking of a cool magical item for a bard: I wanted my bard to play a Pipe Organ but it's a bit too bulky to bring around so I though of this:

Minimal Magical Organ
When the command word is spoken this 5 inch model of a pipe organ becomes a beautiful full size pipe organ that is also magically powered so that it functions without having to pump the air inside of it.

Caster Level: 7th; Requirements: Create Wondrous Item, Shrink item, Gust of Wind

The idea is to add new powers later on, activated by playing the right songs on it.

What would be the price for such item ?
(and, BTW, what is the D&D price of a good pipe organ ?)

Thanks

a pipe organ?

my first haunting thought was of the bud light commercial where the two guys can't afford their rent and have to lease out space in their apartment to an organ lady who continually plays arena-based anthems.

DM: the goblins start volleying javelins at you.
Bard: I start playing na-na-naa-na, na-na-naa-na, hey-hey-hey, good-bye. and then I run.
DM: unshrinking your organ is at least a move-equiv. you can't shrink, play, and run.
Bard: Oh. Then I throw the organ at the goblins and activate it with the magic word.
DM: Oh. <rolls D20>... !%@$@! You crush the goblins with the massive organ.

on a serious note... I have no idea at what to price this at, but seeming as it is more of a convenience than anything else, I'd expect that it wouldn't be an overly expensive item.
On a technical side, the price would be: (dropping the gust of wind, as that isn't really necessary, and would increase the cost WAY too much)

actual cost would be if command-word activated:
spell level * caster level * 1800
= (shrink)
= (3 * 5 * 1800)
= 27000

I believe that the gust of wind would add to this by another 54000. ouch.

You could reduce this price if you limited the number of times you could use this each day (say twice a day)
= 27000 / (5 / 2) = 10800

so, to use this twice a day, it would cost 10800 gold to buy, and 5400 to make.

dursk.

I'd price it around 15k, just as a rough estimate. This is one of those where the standard magic item pricing system just doesn't work. The idea is that even though you're using shrink and gust of wind, you're not casting those spells at will; they're involved in this one item, and can't be cast on anything else. I'd make sure that it shrinks back to size if it is unattended, so you can't use it as a weapon, and if you're going to spend that much on something as a barrier or structural element, well, that'd be just silly.

I know It does not have much use. The idea was mostly for fun

(In the ancient ruined temple, the big nasty outsider is slowly appearing through the gate ... while the characters are all around the portal, the bard plays a fugue on the magical organ that makes the windows of painted glass tremble and broke, and the sunlight comes in ... battle begins)

Thanks for the suggestions. Probably I'd go for 10k (5k + 400XP to make)
