Please Review: Barrowshire Lore Keeper

I haven't seen a lot of 7 level prestige classes so I don't have stats for them. I've done only the 20 level base classes (220+/-), the 10 level prestige classes (120 +/-) and the 5 level prestige classes (40 +/-). I'd guess between 60 and 80 is about right.

Otherwise the changes look ok, but it is more important to maintain the feel of the class you want than to match my numbers.

Lorekeepers Insight: Usually I cost a feature that gives the character a re-roll as a standard feature (2 points) and a feature that forces someone else to re-roll as a moderate ability (4 points). In theory you can use this up to 10 times per day (at 20th level) (+6 points), but it does require you to be 10th level to use it, but you would be at least 10th level when you get it. I would probably make it 6 points.

I missed the class level bonus to the rolls for the Knowledge and Insight. Add 2 points for each of these for the bonus, and and make it 2 points less if you remove it. This makes the Knowldege 4 points, and the Insight 6 points, 8 points with the knowledge boost.

It is very important to me to have the class quite balanced as I do not want to be too powerful or be min-max or munchkiny. I do not want to overshadow other PC's. I do not really think a PrC of this nature could really do that, unless another PC went Knowledge heavy.

I think I will remove the bonus on Lore keepers insight. The reroll is enough there, and I will keep it once a day. I think I will keep the bonus on Lore Keepers Knowledge. This will put the numbers at 53? Very strong for a 5 level but because of the nature of the class, it should not be overpowering.

Thanks again for your time, tjoneslo!! :)
