Some really nice stuff here guys. I especially liked some of the recommendations by Ghostwind. :) Btw do buy Midnight and Scarred Lands stuff, if only so me and Ash can still draw some paychecks. ;)

I wish! I'm pimpin out of the goodness of my heart. Heck, I can't even afford Minions of Shadow yet. :(

I'm not a Fantasy Flight sales rep, I just play one on the internet.

Probably enough. :) But I doubt any of the WW/S&SS people will claim I had much to do with it. Well those that aren't freelancers. :)

Player/GM supplements:
* Path of ... (Fantasy Flight Games) - these four books are a cornerstone of my campaign and game design.

The Path books are really good world building tools as well as character resources, I've always thought, because of the organizations linked to each PrC. I've been thinking for a long time of making a setting using a lot of the stuff from those books.

What is your list, Profane?

It goes as follows;

Campaign Settings- Midnight,d20 Call of Cthulhu,Oathbound, Scarred Lands

Creature/Monster books- Monsternomicon, Tomb of Horros and Feind Folio, Legions of Hell , Armies of the Abyss

Supplements- Book of the Righteous and Path of X series

Since I'm a rather uncreative person, I like to lift ideas from all over the place and sorta patchwork togther. I don't think I'll pick up a campaign setting unless it's really really jam packed with good stuff. I'll just get the best Creature book I see and the Fiend Books from Green Ronin look sweet, so both of those will be a must. The "Path of.." books also sound another must.

All of sudden, 150 bucks doesn't sound as much as it once did :p

May I recommend The Hamlet of Thumble? It has been described as one of the most value-packed items out there and is already ranked one of the Top 20 d20 products of all time, according to EN World.

THoT includes:

A short adventure
A fully-detailed hamlet with 58 NPC stats
3 New Core Classes: Cavalier, Shaman, and Witch
1 New Skill
7 New Feats
56 New Spells
12 New Magic Items
2 New Monsters
Mundane Weapons (kitchen knives, broomsticks, frying pans, etc)
A simple set of rules for morale Checks
An interesting article on "Incorporating Dreams Into Your Game"
Rules for Reputation Points
Special Abilities and Weaknesses for PCs
Starting a New Game
Distributing Ability Scores by Power Level
How to Avoid Killing 1st Level PCs
How to Keep Role-Playing from Becoming “Roll-Playing”
12 Signs of a Good DM
6 Good-Aligned Ready-to-Use Pre-Generated Characters
6 Evil-Aligned Ready-to-Use Pre-Generated Characters

Gary Gygax has described it as "innovative" and says, "The material is clearly written by a gamer for the enjoyment of gamers. Hooray!"

GamingReport staff reviewer Serge W. Desir says, "The Hamlet of Thumble offers an innovative approach that captures the classic atmosphere and fun of first edition D&D modules. The breadth of the environment, the great descriptions, and the attention to detail make this a truly enjoyable adventure."

I'd also recommend A Magical Medieval Society, Bluffside, Midnight, Tome of Horrors, and other products people have mentioned here.
