Should you have included Forgotten Realms. To at least make @gyor happy?

Nope. Sword Coast has a book, and there are options for Al-Qadim and Kara-Tur for people to choose.

If I allowed a general "the rest of FR" option I'd have to add one for Eberron (beyond Khorvaire) and Ravenloft (beyond Barovia), which I'm not planning on doing.

Dark Sun.
I realize this will require working Psionics rules and a lot of 'why this world is different' discussions. I am willing to be patient while WotC gets it all put together and done well (the 4e DSCS and DSCC will be a tough act to follow).
But I still want Athas to be next on the list.

Second choice: Nentir Vale.
This seems to need the important information collected into one place, not a whole lot of new development work. It is a small enough task to be done both quickly and well.

FFG's Midnight (I know, won't happen), Greyhawk, Dark Sun, Birthright, Ravenloft (beyond Curse of Strahd), Planescape and, oh why not, Mystara, in that order. And an updated version of Gamma World using the D&D 5.0 chassis would be cool!

Evidently, I don't feel the need for other brand new settings/IPs, but I can see why those would be appealing and provide a stronger pull for newer/younger players. Newer settings/IPs are also kinder to my bank account.
