Polymorph 8HD

So what creatures should an 8th Level wizard consider polymorphing into? I want a offensive creature, defensive creature, a creature for when I need to flee, and a creature that would still let me cast spells (that's 4 different creatures).

Offensive: Annis (hag) or treant.
Defensive: Annis (hag), or troll for better saves. Treant for plant trait immunities.
Flee: A small dragon of some sort should do. A Very Young white dragon has fly, burrow and swim speeds for a quick escape.
Cast spells: Annis (hag), maybe pixie (for flight).

The fleeing situation is circumstance dependent. There are buildings or cities where turning into a cat or rat or something would be useful. Sometimes, blending in is the way to flee.
