Polymorph and Psi-Like abilities

Hey guys.

So quick question time again.

When I Polymorph into a psionic (subtype) creature with "Special Attack: Psi-Like abilities" (which are neither (Ex) or (Su)), would I be able to use them in the polymorphed state?

The question is initially for 3.5 un-erratad version.

Was this situation ever a problem thus erratad, meaning answered by an official source?

Because of magic/psionics transparency, psi-like abilities are effectively the same as spell-like abilities. So, if some spell or condition denies you the use of spell-like abilities (such as polymorph), you lose psi-like abilities also.

Thanks, that confirms my suspicion.
