Polymorph Any Object and Reflex Saves?

I wouldn't allow it, for one. But even if my players convinced me to do it I'd allow a reflex save; the DC would be the same as for any other spell of that level. DC = 10 + spell's level + casters relivent ability modifier.

Better option Two casters of same level, One does rock to mud the other turns the mud into lava... can anyone say 10d6 fire damage per round of exposure?
