My reading is that you would remain raged, but you could not enter rage while polymorphed. Rage is an ability (that you would lose while polymorphed) but raging is a condition (which you do not lose - otherwise being polymorphed would fix being poisoned, for instance).

This brings up a point that has always bugged me about Polymorph. PCs try to use it to do useful things like turn into a bird and scout out an area. If you turn yourself into a sparrow though, isn't your Int now 2, so you will forget what you were doing and decide to eat some grain for a while? How useful is it to have somebody with Int 2 scouting for you, assuming they could even remember what they were doing, would the report come back "there are some people, of some race, doing something there". There might be a reason we don't send profoundly retarded people to be spys.
