Possession

Are there any monsters, particularly fiends, who possess any form of possession powers? I haven't been able to find any, but I'm. . . well, bad at finding these things. Any help you can give would be much appreciated.

I think the Book of Vile Darkness' possession rules were updated in Fiendish Codex I: Hordes of the Abyss. Certainly, the rules in that latter book are extensive.

Slayer's Guide to Demons by Mongoose has a couple.

Twenty Templates by SWS has one.

Tome of Magic Binders can be modified so the vestiges are fiends instead of spirits and works well as possession demons.

Tome and Blood has a prestige class for gaining fiend powers as does Slayer's Guide to Demons and Encyclopedia arcane Demonology

The loumara are incorporeal demons created from the dreams of dead gods. They are a new class of demons found in Fiendish Codex I. The loumara specialize in possession. There are only two so far, the dybbuk and guecubu.

There are also rules for giving fiends the ability to possess in both Book of Vile Darkness and Fiendish Codex I. They are essentially the same. The fiend gains the ability to possess in exchange for a +2 to its CR.
