Possible feat: Skill Mastery

You're always sneaky, but you can choose to be not sneaky if you don't want to be. All it does is that you are constantly taking 10, unless you say otherwise.

The problem with that skill mastery ability is that taking 10 is more of a time-saving mechanic than anything else - usually if you're using skills in a combat situation, they'll be opposed, and unless you're really good, taking 10 won't be enough.

And if you are really good, taking 10 isn't a huge help.

What it does let you do is get a +15 bonus to tumble exactly, just so you can automatically tumble through foes. The same goes for other fixed DC skills.
