Possible Official The Princess Bride RPG? Who wants to create it?

According to the Purple Pawn, Game Salute has the license to do games for The Princess Bride. They are taking submissions for their new board game of mini games.

Maybe they'll take RPG submissions.

I would be worried that whoever makes any sort of Princess Bride game would gum it up with too many rules. It needs to be a very fast and breezy game, where play goes as close to the speed of the movie as possible, if not faster.

Hey folks! As someone who does a bit of work for Game Salute I can guarantee that they'd be delighted to check out anything that would be submitted. They're working on putting together a series of minigames that will - when all put together - essentially aim to bring the whole movie to life through a series of scenes. These games can be played individually or strung together to create an all-encompassing thing. I know that an RPG would aim to cover the whole film on its own (as well as perhaps expanding the world) but if you have ideas, I'd say get in there.
