Odd, I had that noted down as more Warhammer 40k ish.... I will have to go back and take a look
There’s a game from the 90’s called Waste World which was kind of marketed as Post-Apoc meets 40k. (Not that it sounds like you’re looking for that, but someone out there might find it interesting).

Not very 40Kish to me.

I ran a Degenesis campaign for three years, using both official and homebrew material. It's mostly focused on humanity as a theme, if this makes sense - what humans do to survive, what humans do to thrive, and what humans do to each other, the good and the very worst. The more supernatural elements of the setting can be used as much or as little as you like - in our campaign, these were mostly the shadows looming in the background, springing forth now and then to provide a "boss" style enemy or similar. But for most of the time, our story was basically apocalyptic Goodfellas.

Would recommend it for the lore, (most of) the plot, and the art. Would not necessarily recommend the combat system, which is a little odd, though the out of combat rules are standard dice pool things and work fine.

There’s Darwin’s World, which has quite a few books out there for 3e era d20 and Savage Worlds.

And there is Broken Earth which is a single book for Savage Worlds, but which focuses only on the Great Lakes area and gives a lot of story and detail.

I can state the second here was a pretty good setting; the first version of it had a bit of a design problem at one point, but the author fixed it in the second edition.

There's also the question of what translates into "post-apocalypse" here. It technically fits, but I suspect the OP wouldn't count the situation in Eclipse Phase.

What RPGs have a rather detailed and developed post apocalyptic setting based on our real world or a similar version to our world?
And that the setting had at least 1930's or new technology....

Looking for a full setting book(s) with things like cities, NPCs, local history, lore, maybe even metaplots...

And... not Fallout :P
I bought Apocalypse World already as well

Ideas?
Ashes Without Number by Kevin Crawford.

Is this a setting? I always though the without number books were more chart-generation stuff? (which... is actually fine and useful here, i was just hoping to see what full featured settings were out there)
They all have a specific setting or settings, but they're best known for the amazing worldbuilding mechanics.

In the case of AwoN, as I recall it has a selection of default settings for the (I want to say either three or four) type of apocalypses it talks about, but more than most of Crawford's other Without Number games really leans into rolling (sometimes literally) your own.

This is one I wish they did a "Battlelords of the 23rd Century" and remake it. (23rd Century Productions, LLC does excellent work, and the current owner, rock!). I have found memories of this one, and Waste World seems like a great environment to do a 2nd edition.
