Post suggested questions for the Fri Q&A session

In case you haven't heard, WOTC is having an official 3.5 Q&A session on friday (in my time zone, later today). So how about posting a list of questions here so that those who are participating can go in guns blazing. I highly suggest mainly dmg and mm questions, as Roy and Star got us covered on phb stuff for now.

1) How expensive are the + to skill items now?
2) Do monsters now indeed have a tactics section?
3) Will there be a general increase in AC or other defenses for monsters?
4) How does one make a lawful weapon, or a holy silver one?
5) Any changes to item creation?
6) Are the xp tables being changed at all?
7) Are there any new special abilities for monsters?

10) Where did you get the idea that the 3.0 bard could cast magic missile?
11) If you have that little understanding of the 3.0 rules, why should you ever have been allowed to get within 100 feet of a rules revision?
