These are the stats for the Half-Elf and the Half-Orc in my campaign:

Half-Elf: They get +2 racial bonus to Charisma for determining extra spells per day due to high Charisma as sorcerer or bard (this is mainly owed to their exotic breeding), +2 racial saving throw bonus versus Enchantment spells and effects, and +1 racial bonus to Spot, Listen, and Search checks. They are not immune to sleep spells and effects (because they sleep as humans do), but have Low-light Vision. They gain 1 martial weapon feat chosen from the list of elven bonus weapon proficiencies, if they were raised in an elven community. If they were not raised in an elven community or if they are proficient with all martial weapons as a class feature at level 1, they gain the Skill Focus feat instead. Favored Class is the current highest class. It takes more than a few generation of intermarriage to produce a true Half-Elf (the usual result of crossbreeding between an Elf and a Human results in an Elf for several generations). Their unusual mixed heritage empowers them to be excellent bards and sorcerers. More Half-Elves tend to adventure than any other races other than Half-Orcs.

Half-Orc: They get +2 to Strength, –2 to Intelligence, +2 racial bonus to all Intimidate checks, and +2 Will save bonus versus fear. They gain the Skill Focus feat at level 1. Favored Class is barbarian. ECL and CR remain unchanged (no darkvision and so forth). They spring from coupling between an orc and a human. Usually 5 and a half to 6 and a half feet tall.

Looks very good, I especially like the way you made the Half-Elf a little bit more interesting than it previously was. Giving Half-Orcs a bonus to Intimidate seemed a good choice as well. You could even expand the HE's Skill bonus to include a +1 bonus to Perform check (IMC, elves have a +2 racial bonus to Perform checks, due to their affinity with arts and their natural grace).

Good stuff, I might use aspects of em both :)

Half Dryad

-2 Str -2 Int +2 Con +2 Wis Half Dryads are stout but lack physical strength and have a greater common sense but find themselves lacking in book knowledge.

Lowlight Vision 60ft.

Symbiosis: A Half dryad is not bound like her Forest Mother to any one particular tree, but finds herself longing for her mother grove after one years worth of time abroad. Half Dryads who stay away from there mothers grove past one year suffer a -2 to attacks, saving throws, and skill related checks do to home sickness.

Nature Sense as a Druid

Alternate Form a Half Dryad can use a variant form of the druids wild shape to turn into a large oak, ash, willow, or pine. A half dryad who takes this form heals her hit points at double her normal rate, and creatures who use detect magic will find faint traces eminating from the tree form.

Auto Language Common and Sylvan Bonus Elven, Terran, Orc, Giant, Auran, and Infernal

Favored Class Any

I know Savage Species have their version of the Half-Ogre...but I propose an ECL +0 version:

Half-Ogre: They get +6 to Strength, -4 to Dexterity, -2 to Intelligence, -2 to Wisdom, -2 to Charisma, +2 racial bonus to all Intimidate checks and +3 natural armor. Large Sized: -1 to attack rolls and AC and reach of 10 feet (-2 racial penalty to all attack rolls when making attacks of opportunity triggered from reach). Base Speed is 20 feet. Giant Blood: For all special abilities and effects, a half-ogre is considered a giant (half-ogres can use giant weapons and magic items with racially specific giant powers as if they were giants). Favored Class is warrior. ECL and CR remain unchanged. They gain Giant and Common as automatic languages (Gnoll, Goblin, Orc, and Abyssal as bonus languages). They spring from coupling between an ogre and a large orc or goblinoid. Usually 7 and one-half to 8 and one-half feet tall, these brutes are always malformed and thus are clumsier and slower than their parents.

This version of Half-Ogre works out to be a heck of a melee machine (from high strength and reach), with no net AC bonuses, poor ranged capabilities and mobility.
