Power Attack and BAB

A Solar is the baddest monster in the book with a 35 AC that I know of...

A Brilliant Energy weapon makes all AC but Base, DEX (and DEX like) and Deflection bonus negated...

Meaning that a Fighter with one of these weapons will hit almost every time...

Ah, so it was a +5 Brilliant Energy greatsword you were talking about?

OK. So now its a +5 brilliant energy greatsword? You know, I had a player like you once. I killed him.

Just pointing out that it is possible to power attack with 20 or even 30 BAB (if you are a cleric and cast divine power and use miracle to get tensors transformation)

You could polymorph or shapechange into something with a 30 str and add in your magics to get that up to a 40.

That would mean a +15 str with a +5 Weapon add in +6 divine power and you have a +30 power attack and still have +26 to hit with additionl +22 damage (2 handed) from str +5 weapon damage and +6 divine favor

For a total

+26 to hit
+63 damage

Right. And what the hell does this have to do with the original post? Nothing. That's what.

dang, my one armed half elf barbarian/fighter really could have smashed the crap out of stuff. improved sunder (the dm ruled it worked on any inanimate object) + power attack 15 + 22 str + weapon specialization + +4 great axe (monkey grip) = smashed item

i could have tunneled through castle walls singlehandedly, smashed my way to the center of the planet ect...... if i critically hit, the world might explode! (mumbling) where are my stat dice?

Ah...yeah. Well, the original question has been answered. Yes, if you have a +20 BAB, you can transfer the entire +20 to damage, and both the -20 to hit and the +20 to damage are applied to every attack you make that round.

As for speculating about clerics using Miracle to cast Tenser's Transformation and Shapechanging into Solars, etc. etc. etc. Well, I don't have much stomach for such mental exercises, personally. It's the kind of silliness that'd never see the light of day in the campaign I DM, nor the one I play in. *shrug*
