Power Attack...Ins & Outs

I have a few questions about Power Attack.

1. If you use a 1h weapon 2h, do you get the x2 PA damage on the weapon?

2. If you use a natural weapon (such as a claw attack), can you use PA?

3. If you use a weapon and a natural attack (such as a longsword and a claw), does PA count for both attacks? Baphomet uses PA but only seems to get the bonus to his glaive and not to his gore attack (FC1: Hordes of the Abyss, page 58).

#3 - Is Baphomet said to be using power attack with both glaive and gore?

Just looked at Baphomet - I think he's power attacking for only 7-8 or so points with the glaive, and not at all with the gore. If he's intended to be using power attack with the gore, it's not included in the damage which means WotC messed up.

You can't selectively Power Attack; if you're using the feat, it affects all melee attack rolls, and all melee damage rolls with weapons which are not light (except unarmed strikes and natural weapons).

The Glaive should be getting 2-for-1, and the Gore 1-for-1, as a bonus to damage for whatever penalty he's incurring.

The thing is with the stats given for Baphomet, he's not Power Attacking at all with his gore attack (except for attack penalties) but is with the glaive. This is, of course, unless I'm totally out of it and reading the stat block wrong.

Melee * +2 wounding glaive +30/+25/+20/+15 (3d8+28 19-20/x3) and gore +28 (2d8+5) or
Melee 2 claws +33 (1d8+11) and gore +28 (2d8+5)
*Attacks include Power Attack feat

Also has Weapon Focus (glaive) and Improved Critical (glaive). Strength 33. BAB of +24

Hmm. Is he Large, or Huge? The numbers don't quite add up for the Glaive, but they're definitely wrong for the Gore.

I'm assuming he's Huge, judging by the claws/gore full attack and the damage of the Glaive. So his Glaive bonus should be 24 + 11 (Str) + 1 (Weapon Focus) +2 (enhancement) -2 (size) for a total of 36, and damage should be 3d8 + 18 (11 x 1.5, +2 enhancement).

That means that 3d8+28 is using 5 points of Power Attack, so the attack bonus should be +31, not +30 (I'm guessing they forgot to count Weapon Focus). And it means that the Gore should be +23 (2d8+10) in that Full Attack action.
