I'm afraid that you're mistaken.

The NDA covers all communications between the signee and WOTC. Hypothetically, if we received the GSL, or any communication regarding it, we would be unable to say so.

Odd, I have a vague memory from back in Feb/early march timeframe that someone at Paizo said that the NDA covers what is in the GSL, but not whether or not they have it. I admit my memory may be off, but that impression sticks out in my mind.

We've already seen a publisher announce they were Phase One, back in January (Necromancer). Announcing Phase One status, and saying "We have been given the GSL" are two very different things.

Heh. I've been wondering ever since he said 'Hang tight' in another posting (fueled of course by GM Skarka's note above). But probably just reading too much into it.
