Pratchetts Discworld Story Poll - what is best in life?

Am i really standing alone with my love for Death? I guess to me he is just a whole vibe.

The Death books don't get the same vocal love the City Watch books do, but my impression is that those are the second most popular subset of Discworld books.

My personal preference are the witches, followed by Unseen University, and it always surprises me that more people don't vocally love them more, although it's my suspicion that those were Pratchett's favorites.

I think about Vimes every time I consider buying some clothes I know won't last. I'm happy to say I've been working, for the last few years, on delaying those purchases until I can buy something that will likely last me the rest of my life.

What irks me are the times I opted for the supposedly better quality option, only to have to chuck it after a year or so. Feels like they are doing it just to spite me!

Yeah, there are companies that charge more, letting one think they're higher quality, but are just rip-off artists. It definitely takes some looking to find the real deal.
