About size modificators:
I don't think that not giving bonuses from size increase would make the class that bad. I tried to fix the fact I found it underpowered, especially at high levels, but I think that giving them the bonuses going with size-increase would be too much. For a Medium-size DD, it would be what : +16 Str, and the others Mod. Besides, what about Small DD. I don't have my books at hand, but I think it would suck for them. Even though I find them stupid at the core.
Size issues are becoming bothersome, I seriously considering striking that, rule-wise. But it's so great. I mean, you're an heir from a Dragon, Gargantuan or so creature, why couldn't you be taller... I already think the class doesn't have a Draconic enough fel, thus the feats.
About "Abilities":
I may consider that, yes. Perhaps one every three levels, beginning at 2nd. Hum...
About Munchkinism:
No one could take 1 level in the PrC, then feats.
Most of them have prerequisites like: Breath-weapon(3rd level), or Half-Dragon(10th). Or am I wrong somewhere ?
