Complete Arcane sets an interesting new precedent in saying that a warlock can't qualify for spellcasting PrCs because it doesn't cast spells... but it CAN qualify for PrCs with just a 'caster level x' requirement as the caster level on their spell-like invocations satisfies this requirement. It states this in general terms and does not say 'only a warlocks spell like abilities can qualify you in this way' or anything similair sooo..
Take a PrC like Acolyte of the Skin for example. Requirements includes "Spells or Spell-like abilities: Caster level 5th". Now take a Tiefling fighter 5.
So does he qualify ? His spell-like abilities have a caster level of 5th, just like a warlock... I'm pretty sure this was unintended.

Darkness (Sp): A tiefling can use darkness once per day (caster level equal to class levels).
