My friend wants to be a Half-Orc with scent, which I thought was a pretty good.

Then he says he wants to be a barbarian with improved unarmed strike, improved disarm, etc.

I advised him to be a barbarian/ex-monk with one or two levels in monk so that he could have a decent damage with his hands.
But going over disarm, it's not that great, and almost impossible to do with hands (tiny weapons).

Sooo, I was wondering if someone out there has (homemade or otherwise) PrCs or feats that could help with this.

Super disarmer would be pretty cool I think.

Magic of Faerun presents one way to make this character work. One of the new weapon qualities is Disarming (+2 equivalent), which eliminates opponent's bonuses for weapon size and two-handed weapons, for purposes of disarming. It also gives a +1 on disarm attempts. All other rules about disarm are the same.

How does this help a Monk? Also in Magic of Faerun are the Bracers of Striking, which are magic bracers designed for Monks that can be enchanted the same way as other weapons. So you can add features like Flaming Burst, Impact, and so on.

The base cost of Bracers of Striking is 1310 gp. Bracers grant the Improved Unarmed Strike feat to the wearer.

Note: A better combo might be barbarian/psi warrior the wizards website has the diamond warrior prestige class witch use unarmed combat and the metaphysical body powers that are like magic weapon for unarmed strikes
