Pregen Paladin Lay-on-hands?

Pardon me if this has been discussed earlier.

I was running KotS last night and one of my players pointed out a potential mistake on the dragonborn paladin character.

The Lay on Hands is an at will (special) but only once per day. Is this right?

This question has been asked (and answered) many times.

The number of times per day that a paladin can use Lay on Hands is based on the character's wisdom modifier. In this case once per day for Wis 13 (+1).

Lay on hands is an at-will power that is usable wis mod times per day. The pregen Paladin has a wis mod of one, so you can use it once per day.
